Frequently Asked Questions 5
Is this a steroid cream?
No. It is a cosmetic formulation built on Urea, Retinol and Lactic Acid. No Kitcoz product contains steroids.
Where can I use it?
Neck, elbows, knees, underarms and thighs. Keep it away from the eye area.
Why does it work on texture as well as colour?
Because a dark patch in these areas is usually thickened skin, not just pigment. Brightening a rough patch alone leaves you with a lighter rough patch.
Can I use it if I am diabetic?
Yes, it is a topical product, not a medicine, and is widely used for the darkening that comes with insulin resistance.
What if I do not see a change?
Skin turnover takes time, so give it the full four to eight weeks. Then write to care@kitcoz.com with your order number and our team will help.
