Refund / Cancellation policy

  • * We currently do not accept returns to ensure product safety and hygiene.
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with images & video proof for resolution. Hence, we request you to make an unboxing video to help us assist you better.
  • We may offer returns at your location, subject to evaluation.
  • Return charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before processing the return.
  • Full refund if the order is cancelled before it is accepted by us.
  • Once your order is accepted or shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it to ensure product integrity, hygiene and quality for all our customers.
  • In the event that an order is returned to us due to delivery refusal, non-acceptance by the customer, or unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the customer (Return to Origin/RTO), refunds for prepaid orders, if applicable under our sole discretion, will be processed after deducting ₹75 towards shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned shipment has been received and verified by us.
  • No returns accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns once accepted by the customer.
  • Refund or replacement is available only for damaged products with a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
  • Full refund if the order is cancelled by us.
