Refund policy

  1. We currently do not accept returns to ensure product safety and hygiene.
  2. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with images & video proof for resolution. Hence, we request you to make an unboxing video to help us assist you better.
  3. We may offer returns at your location, subject to evaluation.
  4. Return charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before processing the return.
  5. Full refund if the order is cancelled before it is accepted by us.
  6. Once your order is accepted or shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it to ensure product integrity, hygiene and quality for all our customers.
  7. No returns accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  8. Refund or replacement is available only for damaged products with a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
  9. Full refund if the order is cancelled by us.
