- If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with images & video proof for resolution. Hence, we request you to make an unboxing video to help us assist you better.
- We may offer returns at your location, subject to evaluation.
- Return charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before processing the return.
- Full refund if the order is cancelled before it is accepted by us.
- Once your order is accepted or shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it to ensure product integrity, hygiene and quality for all our customers.

- Refund or replacement is available only for damaged products with a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
